Dental Administrator – University Dental Choice

We’re looking for a Dental Administrator to join our growing practice and help us deliver exceptional care and outstanding service to our patients—while supporting a high-performing team.

Full-time Hours
  • Monday 9am to 5:30pm
  • Tuesday 11:30am to 7:30pm
  • Wednesday 9:30am to 5:30pm
  • Thursday 11am to 7:30pm
  • Friday 9am to 4pm
What You’ll Do
  • Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy
  • Coordinate daily front desk operations to keep the day running smoothly
  • Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support excellent patient care
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset
  • Organized, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure
  • A friendly, team-focused attitude and a desire to grow with us
