A leading provider in the contract furniture and workplace solutions industry is seeking a driven and strategic Account Executive to join their Vancouver team. This organization delivers end-to-end services, from design and sourcing to installation, serving commercial clients across a range of industries.

This is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has experience selling into corporate or commercial interiors. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing new business, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating across internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow relationships with both new and existing clients

Identify and pursue prospective clients through outreach and referrals

Generate leads from end users and centers of influence (COIs)

Lead contract negotiations and close deals

Set and manage sales targets and pipeline forecasts

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, project management, and support teams

Stay current on market trends, client needs, and competitive offerings

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as needed

Qualifications:

Proven success in a client-facing sales or business development role

Industry experience in contract furniture, commercial interiors, or workplace design

Strong experience negotiating and closing medium to large contracts

Skilled in delivering compelling sales presentations to diverse audiences

Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies and meet targets

Familiarity with CRM platforms for pipeline and relationship management

Full-time, permanent role

Competitive commission structure
