Account Development Representative – Exciting Growth Opportunity

Our client in the e-commerce industry is looking for an Account Development Representative. This role offers the chance to drive growth, connect with entrepreneurs, and be part of an innovative program that’s shaping the future of commerce.

What You’ll Do

• Visit prospective businesses door‑to‑door in targeted towns (up to 2‑hour driving distance).
• Present and pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply.
• Qualify businesses and guide them through application, vetting, and onboarding.
• Track lead activity and manage your pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support Business Development Managers in planning and hosting community recruitment events (lunch‑and‑learns, town halls, coffee chats).
• Partner with Business Development Managers to engage local champions such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and team members to support newly recruited businesses on launch day and beyond.
• Perform other duties related to recruitment and retention of businesses.
• Track all activities and outcomes—Salesforce experience is a big plus!
