• Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet the evolving needs of the Direct Division
• Design and implement scalable technical solutions with a configuration before code mindset
• Create Lightning Web Components and applications to enhance productivity and user experience
• Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend CRM platform utilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and support system performance

• Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience developing on the Salesforce platform
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce core and industry-centric toolkits
• Expert skills in developing Lightning Web Components, APEX, and APIs
• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
• Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I

• Proven experience with Salesforce solutions such as Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CRM Analytics
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and methodologies
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and offer best-practice alternatives
