Position overview:

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a wide range of financial activities, significantly contributing to the company's financial health and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy between financial records and bank statements;
• Monitor and manage cash flows for assigned offices;
• Support accounts payable processes, ensuring timely bill payments according to financial policies;
• Manage accounts receivable activities to maximize cash flow;
• Develop strategic financial projects to optimize resource management and enhance financial performance;
• Provide financial support and insights to front office teams;
• Set and monitor goals for teams and individuals in the front office to improve performance and control costs;
• Monitor operational and budgetary costs, comparing them with annual budgets for financial control;
• Analyze accounting documents and link them to broader financial analyses for insights and improvements;
• Prepare and present results reports and conduct weekly cash management reviews for decision-making support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus;
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with effective collaboration abilities;
• Motivation to work in a multicultural environment;
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
