About the job

We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to drive our global executive hiring strategy and help us attract top leadership talent.

This is a highly strategic and hands‑on role, ideal for a senior recruiter with strong business acumen, exceptional sourcing skills, and experience building relationships with C‑level and senior leaders in fast‑paced, tech‑driven environments.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders on all matters related to talent strategy and executive hiring.
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for global leadership and highly specialized technical roles, from search design to offer negotiation.
  • Partner closely with leadership to anticipate future hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and research to support executive hiring strategy.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 4 years focused on executive search or senior‑level hiring.
  • Proven success in recruiting for leadership roles within technology, AI, or data‑driven organizations.
  • Proven experience hiring for financial institutions, asset management, and venture capital is a must.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.
  • Strong business judgment, discretion, and a strategic mindset.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience recruiting in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an in‑house executive recruiting or search firm environment.
  • Knowledge of AI, software engineering, or product leadership talent markets.
