We're looking for an expert to find, assess, and onboard exceptional creative and production professionals. This role is perfect for someone who's highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys matching great individuals with excellent opportunities.

Find and attract top creative, production, and operations talent across global markets. Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding. Bulk up talent pools for in-demand roles (design, video, motion, PM, creative leads). Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine talent profiles. Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit. Maintain well‑organised applicant pipelines and recruitment dashboards. Implement scalable sourcing strategies using various tools, platforms, communities, referrals, and outreach. Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
