• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience resolving employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations
• In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements regarding employee relations and employment law
• Strong influencing skills to drive business outcomes and resolve conflicts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in coaching and providing insights while navigating complex workplace dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage sensitive investigations
