A leading adhesive solutions provider is seeking a Regional Equipment Sales Manager based in São Paulo, Brazil. This customer-facing role requires strong technical sales skills and experience to manage sales processes for equipment and part sales. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer interaction and be proficient in using Salesforce. The position offers a flexible and collaborative work environment.

The Regional Equipment Sales Manager (RESM) is a customer‑facing, technical sales role responsible for managing the end‑to‑end sales process of equipment, parts, and service sales within their regions. This role is being introduced as part of an initiative to streamline the responsibilities of Territory Managers (TMs) and Account Managers (AMs), allowing them to focus on core adhesive sales. The RESM will lead equipment sales efforts for end‑of‑ (EOL) packaging systems and ensure high‑quality service and execution throughout the sales cycle. This is a remote role, but you must live in the Western region of the US to be considered for this role.
