What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assess functional requirements and initiate complex installations of ERP technologies to meet interdepartmental needs
- Ensure cross-functional access to systems and utilize ERP integration methodologies to map business processes to ERP modules
- Communicate with programmers and specialists regarding file design, testing, debugging, and related activities
- Document, deliver, and administer training and related materials to end users
- Provide system support following implementation as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 0-3 years of related experience in Grievance and Appeals and ERP systems
- Associate's Degree or Technical Degree or equivalent experience
- Basic technical skills for the functional area and debugging skills
- Required PC skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Visio
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in ERP systems and Grievance and Appeals processes
- Design expertise and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in operational processes
