What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Ensure cross-functional access to systems and utilize ERP integration methodologies to map business processes to ERP modules
• Communicate with programmers and specialists regarding file design, testing, debugging, and related activities
• Document, deliver, and administer training and related materials to end users
• Provide system support following implementation as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 0-3 years of related experience in Grievance and Appeals and ERP systems
• Associate's Degree or Technical Degree or equivalent experience
• Basic technical skills for the functional area and debugging skills
• Required PC skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Visio
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
