Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to new potential global/local payment partnerships in LATAM
  • Possess strong business knowledge to successfully negotiate business terms and onboard partners
  • Own relationships with fiat global/local partners, negotiate business terms, and onboard appropriate channels
  • Strong ownership in managing the regional fiat business, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders including operations, product and regulators
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and payment partners as well as oversee regulatory and licensing issues
  • Manage fiat operations for the region, ensuring a consistent and excellent on/off ramp service
  • Lead local fiat/new user growth and business development activities
  • Connect with the local community, monitor industry/competitor trends to optimise product, marketing, and operations strategies
Requirements
  • Experience within a Business Development/Sales role
  • Data-savvy, understand marketing and operations metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
  • Problem solver and results-driven
  • Strong passion for crypto and digital assets
  • Past experience working for FinTech, Payments, Crypto, Web3 companies will be an added advantage
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese are required to be able to effectively coordinate with overseas partners, stakeholders, and customers
