A dynamic SaaS company in Brazil is seeking a dedicated sales professional to target the U.S. market. The role involves full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing, with significant commission opportunities based on performance. Candidates should have a strong command of English and at least 2 years of SaaS sales experience, with a focus on self-sourcing leads. This remote position allows for flexible hours in conjunction with U.S. time zones.
Short cycles, clear ICP, good conversion, and uncapped commission on cash collected with higher rates for self-sourced deals.
We’re a lean U.S. SaaS company with products used by modern marketing teams. Engineering is in Brazil; sales targets the U.S. We value clear writing, fast experiments, and cash-in over vanity metrics.
Full-cycle AE (hunter). You’ll prospect, run tight discovery, do short narrative demos, and close straightforward Team+ deals. Self-serve stays on the websites; you own outbound and expansions.
US$8k–$15k+/mo once ramped (grows as we dial in).
Show ≥70% • Show→SAO 45–60% • SAO→Win 20–35%.
list building, smart personalization, tight copy, disciplined follow-up.
US$1.2k–1.8k/mo + 25–40% on cash collected for self-sourced Team+ (≥US$2k ARR), 10–20% on assisted, with accelerators. Biweekly payouts.

Remote in Brazil with ~3–4 hours overlap to U.S. ET/PT.
