• Be an important part of these clients' digital transformation, delivering value and impact to the business.
• Contribute to the team, enjoy new challenges, and be willing to discover and learn every day.
• Manage the implementation of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• Be familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards.
• Understand a project and debug issues.
• Connect with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
• Work in an agile and collaborative environment following our methodology.

Requirements for this challenge

• Fluent English to interact daily with American clients and multicultural teams.
• Knowledge in programmatic (Apex, LWC, Javascript) and declarative (Point and Click) development.
• Knowledge in Salesforce deployment practices/strategies.
• Knowledge in Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Git concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning.
• Knowledge of object-oriented concepts.
• Basic knowledge of RDBMS.
• Understanding of the MVC architecture.
