What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage proposals and presentations, providing capture support and assisting with client management
• Lead complex proposals while coordinating smaller proposals and organizing interview teams
• Perform detailed analysis of SOQ and RFP requirements, preparing compliance matrices and schedules
• Ensure completion of all assignments while adhering to internal best practices and quality control objectives
• Support sales interview teams by scheduling meetings and preparing presentation materials

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Normally a 4-year degree in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proposal experience in the AEC industry, including section writing experience
• Demonstrated progressively increasing level of responsibility over the past year
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently to execute the proposal lifecycle

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience leading, coordinating, planning, and developing architectural-engineering-construction proposals
• Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking opportunities and proposals
