We’re looking for a skilled and driven Recruiter based in Brazil to support our international hiring efforts. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about finding and engaging top talent.

We’re in the early stages of expanding into the South American market, with plans to establish a local presence in the near future. While this role is fully remote for now, there’s a strong chance you’ll be part of that future growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for roles across various regions.
• Source and attract candidates through Linked In, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with international teams across time zones.
• Keep recruitment data up to date and accurate.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluent in English , both written and spoken (a must).
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with digital recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Based in Colombia , with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
