About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support high-volume, fast-moving hiring across multiple business functions. This role goes beyond sourcing — you will act as a trusted hiring partner, owning end-to-end recruitment while helping improve processes, workflows, and candidate experience.
You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers in a high-growth, US-paced environment where speed, structure, and judgment matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment: intake → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer → onboarding
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously across tech, marketing, operations, sales, and leadership
- Conduct structured screening interviews and assess both technical fit and behavioral alignment
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS workflows
- Partner closely with hiring managers to set realistic expectations and reduce bottlenecks
- Deliver clear hiring insights using data, funnel metrics, and pipeline reporting
- Improve recruitment workflows, templates, and processes inside the ATS
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
- Operate comfortably in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited hand-holding
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (not sourcing-only roles)
- Strong experience hiring for IT / Tech roles (engineering, QA, data, product, etc.)
- Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (Workable, Greenhouse, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
- Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter (boolean search, pipelines, outreach)
- Experience working with international candidates and global hiring managers
- Comfortable working 9:00 AM to 6:00PM EST
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work independently and make judgment calls without constant approval
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Exposure to process improvement or ATS implementation
- Experience recruiting for marketing, e-commerce, PPC, SEO, or marketplace roles
- Background working with US-based teams or clients
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and funnel optimization
Compensation & Details
- Salary: USD $2,800 – $3,200 per month (depending on experience)
- Employment Type: Full-time (remote)

- Location: Fully remote (global)
- Time Zone: EST or strong EST overlap required
