As part of Teem’s growing technology team, you’ll support a diverse set of users and systems across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our infrastructure, resolving issues, and ensuring our team members have the tools they need to do their best work.
- Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, MacOS, and Linux systems.
- Support and maintain the Microsoft ecosystem, including Active Directory and Entra.
- Manage basic networking tasks (DNS, DHCP, IP configuration, firewalls, VPNs).
- Assist with VoIP systems and related hardware/software.
- Use command-line tools (PowerShell, Bash, CMD) for diagnostics and automation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 (required), MacOS (required), and Linux (preferred).
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (required).
- Understanding of networking basics: DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, firewalls, VPNs, and hardware.
- Experience with VoIP systems.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra.
- Experience using command-line interfaces (PowerShell, Bash, CMD).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Initiative to solve problems independently.
- Willingness to research and read documentation.
- Ability to identify problems and find solutions, even without prior knowledge.
