A fast-growing real estate startup is seeking a Customer Support & Revenue Operations Specialist to manage support tickets and HubSpot operations. This is a fully remote role where the ideal candidate will assist with outbound sales and marketing support. Requirements include 2+ years of customer support experience and a strong familiarity with HubSpot. We are looking for a Customer Support & Revenue Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing real estate startup in the U.S. This is a hybrid role that combines helpdesk support, HubSpot operations, outbound sales assistance, and light marketing support.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing support tickets, excellent communication skills, deep familiarity with HubSpot, and the ability to multitask across customer support, RevOps, and sales processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
