What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the hiring, training, and development of a high-performing sales team for outside direct sales
  • Increase market share and achieve performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn
  • Meet or exceed overall sales quotas for the assigned region
  • Coordinate and conduct frequent sales meetings to drive team performance
  • Mentor and coach Account Executives to ensure ongoing development and success
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 4-7 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment
  • 2+ years of people management responsibilities
  • 2+ years of experience in telecommunications or technical sales
  • Strong coaching, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Experience in implementing operational initiatives and maintaining ethical standards in sales
