What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the hiring, training, and development of a high-performing sales team for outside direct sales
- Increase market share and achieve performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn
- Meet or exceed overall sales quotas for the assigned region
- Coordinate and conduct frequent sales meetings to drive team performance
- Mentor and coach Account Executives to ensure ongoing development and success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 4-7 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment
- 2+ years of people management responsibilities
- 2+ years of experience in telecommunications or technical sales
- Strong coaching, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills
