The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on customer success and negotiation skills. This position involves managing a high volume of accounts in complex customer environments. Experience in the Health Industry is highly valued, alongside strategic thinking capabilities.

Qualificações

  • Over 5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions, especially in software sales.
  • Ability to exceed sales quotas and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience in the Health Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Closing opportunities at assigned existing accounts and driving sales at new accounts.
  • Driving sales within assigned commercial segments.
  • Acquiring new logos within your assigned territory.
  • Articulating Salesforce offerings in relation to customer needs and engaging other Salesforce resources as required.
  • Managing a high volume of accounts and sales.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven sales hunter and closer with over 5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions, particularly in outside software sales.
  • Passionate about customer success, have a track record of exceeding sales quotas, and possess the ability to negotiate commercial contracts effectively.
  • Experience working with executives (VP and 'C' level) and demonstrating strategic thinking and complex decision-making is highly valued.
  • Highly autonomous individuals with executive engagement capability, who can navigate complex customer success scenarios, project leadership, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience in the Health Industry is preferred, and proficiency in AI concepts, technical acumen, and value is a plus.
