Disney's Streaming & Digital Operations team is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Ad Operations Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our Operations team across our exciting brands for a temporary role, during 8 months of contract.
In this role, you will lead a local operational team, ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of our comprehensive streaming and digital portfolio.
The Streaming & Digital Ad Operations team collaborates closely with the TWDC Ad Sales team, as well as our agencies and advertisers.
In this role, you will utilize your in-depth knowledge of our business ecosystem, coupled with strong organizational and analytical skills, to deliver outstanding client service while identifying post-sale opportunities for account growth.
As a member of a regional operational team, you will work alongside other team leaders from the region to drive success.
As a Manager of Ad Operations, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the local team ensuring and facilitating the streaming and digital implementation, trafficking, monitoring and reporting of our internal and external clients campaigns.
You will manage a team of digital traffickers, guiding their career development and providing support on various projects, training initiatives, deal workload, advanced troubleshooting, and daily oversight.
In addition, you will collaborate with the leader of the regional team, offering daily insights, reporting on team performance, and monitoring business status.
This role requires the ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
This role will oversee the operational management of our streaming business in the LATAM region, focusing on billing workflow improvements and feature enhancements.
