We are looking for Operations Manager who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will :

The Operational Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the country, including delivery, strategic planning and optimization.

Responsibilities :
  • Plan and deliver organizational objectives, ensuring efficiency, productivity and customer experience
  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational strategies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, driving improvements
  • Manage the team, including hiring, performance management and development
  • Manage operational budget, resources, and operational expenses
  • Acknowledge receipt of project-related activities, gather requirements, plan team assignment and coordinate delivery
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks
  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency
