A tech systems firm is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and an excellent command of Portuguese. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout, ensuring effective communication with hiring managers and maintaining ATS data. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic remote setting within the Brazilian talent market.

Qualificações

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills are essential.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required; English is preferred.
