Job Summary

This position offers customers a personalized service, completing sales work with the aim of delivering orders within the planned deadlines, seeking to solve any problems with excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out constant visits to customers;
  • Work on projects that help the Department or Sales to achieve its objectives;
  • Analyze plans to improve service level;
  • Obtain information from customers about priorities and needs in relation to products, in order to guide the shipping schedule;
  • To seek, together with other areas of the company, the best way to serve the customer, with a view to preserving product quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Negotiate with customers in cases of late delivery, in order to maintain the best company / customer relationship.
This position will interact with
  • Internals: Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Order Processing and Sales Departments.
  • External: Customers, carriers and service providers.
Basic Requirements
  • Intermediate / Advanced English level
  • Experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service
  • Advanced level of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Good Communication - Criativity
  • Experience in Consumer Goods Companies desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Experience with Analytics is desirable
  • Courses related to the area desirable
