• Assisting in the execution of maintenance, preventive maintenance and alteration tasks for which his/her supervisor is authorized by ANAC, provided that the supervisor personally observes the execution of the work, to the extent required to ensure that it is being properly executed, and remains readily available, in person, to answer queries from the performer. (Note: not authorized to perform any inspection required by RBAC No. 91 or any inspection performed after a major repair or major alteration). [Ref: RBAC 43.3(d).

• Carry out the above services in accordance with the provisions of the aeronautical legislation in force, the MOM (Maintenance Organization Manual), the MCQ (Quality Control Manual) of Helibras and the data provided in the Manuals of the manufacturers of the aircraft, engines and components.

• Disassemble, clean, reassemble parts and components using methods, techniques and practices established in the latest revision of the manufacturer's maintenance manual, or in the instructions for continued airworthiness prepared by the manufacturer or other methods, techniques and practices approved by Helibras. [RBAC 43.13 (a)].

• Use tools necessary for the assigned activities to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with generally accepted industry practices. [RBAC 43.13 (a)].

• Clean, organize and store all the tools used in carrying out their activities, in order to maintain the organization of the work area.

• Collecting all waste produced during the course of their activities and disposing of it in an appropriate place.

• Identifying and pointing out to their manager opportunities for improvement or innovation in their sector Carrying out technological research and developing technological innovation related to their area of work.

• Complete technical training in MMA.

• Previous practical experience in aircraft maintenance.

• Fluency in Portuguese (speaking, reading and writing).

• Read and understand the technical manuals required to carry out services in English.

• Auxiliar na execução das tarefas de manutenção, manutenção preventiva e alterações, para os quais seu supervisor esteja habilitado pela ANAC, desde que o supervisor observe pessoalmente a execução do trabalho, na extensão requerida para se assegurar que esteja sendo executado apropriadamente, e permaneça prontamente disponível, em pessoa, para responder consultas do executante. (Observação: não autorizada a execução de qualquer inspeção requerida pelo RBAC nº 91 ou qualquer inspeção executada após um grande reparo ou grande alteração). [Ref.: RBAC 43.3(d).

• Efetuar os serviços, acima referenciados, de acordo com o previsto na legislação aeronáutica em vigor, no MOM (Manual da Organização de Manutenção), MCQ (Manual do Controle da Qualidade) da Helibras e nos dados previstos nos Manuais dos fabricantes da aeronave, motores e componentes.

• Desmontar, limpar, remontar peças e componentes, utilizando métodos, técnicas e práticas estabelecidas na última revisão do manual de manutenção do fabricante, ou nas instruções para aeronavegabilidade continuada preparadas pelo fabricante ou outros métodos, técnicas e práticas aprovados pela Helibras. [RBAC 43.13 (a)].

• Utilizar ferramentas necessárias às atividades designadas, de forma a assegurar a execução do trabalho de acordo com práticas industriais de aceitação geral. [RBAC 43.13 (a)].

• Limpar, organizar e guardar todo o ferramental utilizado na execução de suas atividades, a fim de manter a organização da área de trabalho e garantir que nenhuma ferramenta ficou esquecida na aeronave.

• Recolher todos os detritos produzidos na execução de suas atividades, depositando-os em local adequado.

• Identificar e sinalizar a seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação.

• Ensino técnico completo em MMA.

• Prévia experiência prática em manutenção aeronáutica.

• Fluência em Português (conversação, leitura e escrita).

• Ler e compreender em inglês os manuais técnicos necessários para a realização dos serviços.
