Job description

Position Summary

In the position of Sr Marketing Manager you will be responsible for management of the strategic marketing direction of the brands; support and management of brands’ marketing objectives, strategies and philosophies; creation, planning, execution, recapping and post‐evaluation of marketing events and programs, integrate all the platforms.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Entrench the brands organically into relevant Sports, Gaming, Music & Culture with the right associations and use these platforms to develop new insightful ideas. Identifying key pillar based national intellectual property to activate the brand among target audience.
  2. Identifying and aligning key business performance indicators for all the strategic pillars and ensuring quarterly execution of plans. Periodic tracking and reporting of the performance indicators and suggest changes when required.
  3. Plan and align execution models for the strategic pillars, guide teams to activate as per plan. Inspection of plan vs execution to meet global standards of activation and engagement.
  4. Own and manage marketing contracts and support timely revisions for execution of all plans. Co-ordination with global counterparts for changes & revisions of contract and provide clarity to the system on specific nuances for seamless sign off.
  5. Manage national athletes, ambassadors and influencers to understand the brand and inspire Drive brand awareness and engagement with amplification through earned media.
  6. Work on digital activities or promotions, content videos.
  7. Presenting and aligning National quarterly plans integrate feedback from bottlers and revise plans to support business. Inspection of plan vs execution and guiding the regional team to meet global standards of activation and engagement.
  8. Negotiate exclusivity & deliverables with agencies/strategic partners to leverage and create unique sampling, sales opportunities.
  9. Ensure all branding, logo use is acceptable at all events, activations and it is approved.
  10. Closure, handover of all with execution plan, toolkit and clear deliverables.

Position Requirements

  1. Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field of study.
  2. Prefer Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
  3. Additional Experience Desired: More than 10 years of experience in marketing, managing projects.
  4. Additional Experience Desired: More than 10 years of experience in Fast‐moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  5. Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel MS Word, and Outlook).
  6. Preferred Certifications: N/A.
  7. Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent English desired.
