Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the go‑to expert for testing and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving issues related to software upgrades, system imaging, and hardware deployments.
  • Provide support for hardware and software issues across multiple device types, both on‑site and remotely.

  • Identify opportunities for modernization and automation, presenting innovative ideas to enhance the end‑user experience and reduce costs.
