A global educational organization is seeking a Principal for its school in Brazil. This role involves leading with vision and integrity, driving academic excellence, and fostering a supportive culture. The Principal will work collaboratively with staff and the community while focusing on safety and exceptional student outcomes. This role will be located in a school in Brazil; it is not remote As International Schools Partnership increases its presence across Brazil, we are seeking Principals, Aspiring Principals, and Senior Leaders with strong K-12 experience and a track record of driving whole-school improvement. The Principal leads with vision and integrity, fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school culture where learning thrives. By working collaboratively with their team, parents, and the wider International Schools Partnership network, they position the school as a "School of Choice" that delivers exceptional learning experiences and outcomes, translating into increased enrolment growth and higher student retention. Their responsibilities span safeguarding, driving teaching quality through evidence-based improvement, strategic planning, community engagement, and commercial performance. Parents / carers and students recognise and endorse the school for academic excellence, and teachers' professional learning and development thrives under their stewardship of the school. The Principal reports to the Regional Managing Director (RMD).
All sections are weighted equally at 25% from a performance perspective.
