We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong operational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills to support the Growth Accelerators team in Latin America. In this role, you will contribute to initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiencies for Courier, helping to shape how people utilize Uber across our countries.
You will assist in analyzing opportunities, executing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance affordability, convenience, and dependability for millions of customers.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Courier in LatAm, supervising business performance and generating insights that will foster growth and improve customer experience. This role is vital in ensuring that our product remains competitive, efficient, and aligned with our company's strategic objectives, and requires strong intuition for business, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
