Job summary
A leading outdoor sports company in São Paulo is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to manage travel expense reporting and provide support to employees. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in accounts payable, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. This position offers a monthly salary of 4700 BRL and travel discounts.

- Own expense report processing audits and reporting.

This individual performs day-to-day administration of Aspects Travel and Expense Reporting Programs. The position handles confidential information and works with internal and external personnel to analyze and resolve user issues. Attention to detail, accuracy, analytical skills, teamwork, adaptability and customer service orientation are a must for success in this role. This individual will support the global transition to Latin American Travels Travel Expense.
- Support US and international employees with Latin American Travels expense reporting and online travel booking questions
- Own expense report processing audits and reporting
- Support the credit card program by facilitating employees to submit expenses for charges
- Serve as the purchasing card and credit card reconciliation tool administrator
- Train and field questions from internal cardholders
- Related administrative duties such as copying, filing and maintaining vendor accounts
- Ad hoc projects
- Knowledge of Latin American Travels for online booking and expense reporting
- Should demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact professionally with internal and external customers
- Knowledge of Excel with ability to use pivot tables is a plus
- General accounting knowledge is helpful
- Completes assignments and tasks with oversight
- Contributes to team assignments
- Ability to learn job skills, company policies and work processes
- Continuously seek areas for process improvement, cost savings etc.
- Understanding of Corporate Travel & Expense Reporting
5 years of full cycle accounts payable experience
Ability to use top tier ERP systems is required
Must be hands on, organized, detail oriented, accurate and have strong multi-tasking skills
Ability to pass a background check is required.
Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time
Compensation: 4700 BRL / month Travel discount
