As Senior Demand Planner you will manage end-to-end order fulfilment in a hybrid make-to-order/make-to-stock environment. You will oversee the supply flow from customer order receipt through delivery, ensuring alignment across Commercial, CMOs, Quality, and Logistics.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining customer communication, managing demand and production planning inputs, coordinating timely supply from manufacturing partners, ensuring compliant product release, and securing on-time shipment.

We're looking for a Senior Demand Planner who is well-organised, attentive to detail, and proactive, with the confidence to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You should be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, an inquisitive mindset, and a willingness to develop and expand your technical capabilities.
The role reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager. The department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies, leading to a varied and dynamic working environment.
Candidates with progressive experience in supply chain, demand planning, order management, or customer operations within pharmaceuticals, FMCG, medical devices, or another regulated/GDP environment, should have the skills and experience required for the role. We are also looking for:
