Job description

Join Amaris Consulting and become part of an international, dynamic team supporting our client, Louis Dreyfus Company Brasil S.A., in the trading sector. As a SAP FI Integration Support Consultant, you will contribute your expertise to a high‑impact project, working closely with key users and technical teams to ensure seamless SAP Finance operations and integrations.

Your missions

• Provide expert support for SAP Finance (Invoicing & Cash) processes, including AP, AR, and Finance data integration
• Respond promptly to support tickets and assist SAP Key users in your area of expertise
• Investigate issues, explain functional and technical rules, and present resolutions to users
• Monitor SAP interfaces, address errors, and elevate tickets requiring deeper expertise
• Perform detailed ITC/NRT testing and root‑cause analysis for recurring issues
• Apply standard SAP customizations, perform testing, and maintain solution documentation
• Deliver small enhancements, clarify business requirements, and prepare DAB and FSD documentation
• Support colleagues within the SAP support team and share knowledge/documentation
• Ensure execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a timely manner
• Foster positive working relationships with users, peers, and contractors

Your profile

• Academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• Solid experience in SAP Finance support
• English language: Fluent written and spoken English required
• Tools / software: SAP FI, SAP BI (reporting), S4 HANA, FIORI, Service Desk ticketing systems (Service Now, JIRA), XML, iDocs; knowledge of SAP FICO, MM, SD integration points
• Soft skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, customer focus, self‑driven and proactive attitude, teamwork, learning agility, decision‑making, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, cross‑cultural mindset
