Acquisition IT Analyst, Serves as a strategic liaison between business and IT in acquisition processes, ensuring technology solutions align with operational requirements, enhance efficiency, and maintain compliance.
Business Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand acquisition and procurement processes, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
Process Analysis & Optimization: Assess current workflows and recommend IT-driven enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
Project Support: Participate in and support IT projects related to procurement and acquisition, ensuring requirements are captured and solutions meet business objectives.
System Expertise (SAP): Provide functional support for SAP MM and S/4HANA, including configuration guidance, troubleshooting, enhancements, and adoption of new capabilities (e.g., BP concept, flexible workflow, Lean Services, MM SRV).
Integration Management: Ensure robust integration of MM with PM, SD, PS, FI, and related upstream/downstream systems.
Technical Enablement: Perform practical technical activities such as ABAP debugging, workflow analysis, IDocs, APIs, and web services to support functional solutions.
Data & Reporting: Analyze acquisition data to identify trends, KPIs, and insights that inform decision-making.
Change Management & Training: Drive adoption through training, communications, and documentation; share knowledge with colleagues.
SaaS & Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner on procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, GEP) to align processes and integrations.
We are looking for an IT Acquisition Analyst with strong expertise in SAP MM, specializing in procurement and acquisition processes. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of activities such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, outline agreements, service entry sheets, material master data, and vendor master data. Experience in multiple roll-outs and greenfield implementations, preferably within multinational environments, is essential, demonstrating adaptability and a solid understanding of acquisition processes across diverse corporate contexts.
