Job Title : Sales Executive – FPSO & Energy
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Executive – FPSO & Energy to accelerate our commercial growth within the floating production and offshore energy sectors. In this strategic role, you will represent high-quality supplier products, generate new business, and strengthen relationships across the FPSO and broader energy value chain. You will report to the Director of Sales – FPSO & Energy and collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :
Client Solutions & Product Representation
- Become an expert in supplier products and technologies, delivering tailored guidance and technical recommendations to clients.
- Present and promote fit-for-purpose solutions through impactful meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supplier innovations, industry advancements, and client requirements.
Business Development & Account Growth
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within FPSO and offshore energy markets (including EPCs, operators, and OEMs).
- Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, industry events, and strategic networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to proposal development and contract closure.
- Expand M&O’s footprint by strengthening existing accounts and cultivating new relationships across the industry.
- Monitor market trends, project developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform commercial strategy.
- Share actionable insights with internal teams and supplier partners to support go-to-market positioning and value differentiation.
Sales Strategy & Performance Reporting
- Support the development of territory plans and growth strategies in alignment with team and company goals.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track progress and ensure pipeline visibility.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to the Director of Sales – FPSO & Energy, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- B2B Sales Expertise : Proven track record in technical or industrial sales, ideally within oil & gas, offshore, or FPSO-related markets.
- Client-Focused Communication : Strong ability to understand client needs and communicate complex product value propositions.
- Product & Market Knowledge : Familiarity with supplier-driven solutions in the FPSO / energy space and ability to position them effectively.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing : Skilled at navigating procurement processes and finalizing commercial agreements.
- Strategic Thinking : Analytical and goal-oriented, with the ability to assess market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration : Works efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, including close alignment with the Director and Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical or industrial products / services.
- Minimum of 2 years in the offshore energy sector, FPSO industry, or adjacent markets.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of client decision-making, supplier engagement, and solution-based selling.
