Job summary
A leading consulting firm is seeking a Portuguese speaking Solution Architect / Developer to work remotely with enterprise customers in Brazil. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in Microsoft Teams and Viva to deliver proactive services and workshops. Strong experience in design and development of Viva components, as well as knowledge of Teams Telephony, is required. The role demands excellent communication skills in Portuguese and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Qualifications
- Fluent/native Portuguese communication is essential.
- Proven experience in designing and developing Viva components.
- Knowledge of integrating Viva with related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Leverage technical expertise in Microsoft Teams and Viva.
- Deliver proactive services and workshops to enterprise customers.
Skills
We are currently searching for a Portuguese speaking Solution Architect / Developer to work with our biggest customer remotely in Brazil.
In this role you will leverage your technical expertise in Microsoft Teams and Viva to deliver proactive services and workshops to premier enterprise customers in Brazil.
The following proficiencies are required :
- Fluent / native Portuguese written & oral communication
- Design and development experience in major Viva components
- Experience in integrating Viva with relevant technologies
- Deep knowledge and experience in Teams Telephony and app development
- Experience in customer and stakeholder management
