A leading software company in Brazil is seeking an experienced Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have strong proficiency in GoLang or Python. Expertise in DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS is essential. Applicants familiar with CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform will be preferred. Conhecimentos

5+ years in a Software Engineering role

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 5+ years in a Software Engineering role.

Language : Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Software Development Proficiency : Strong background in software engineering with proficiency in GoLang or Python. You should be comfortable with object-oriented programming, data structures, REST API design, and writing testable, production-quality code (not just operational scripts).

DevSecOps Expertise : Proven experience implementing security best practices in a CI / CD environment. Familiarity with automated security scanning, secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault ), and compliance automation.

Containerization & Orchestration : Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes , Docker , and Helm . Experience with Service Meshes like Istio or Linkerd is a plus.

Cloud Platforms : Proficiency with either GCP or AWS services.

CI / CD & GitOps : Deep experience with CI / CD platforms like GitLab / GitHub Actions and Jenkins .

Infrastructure as Code : Hands-on experience with Terraform .

Observability & Monitoring : Proven experience with the Prometheus / Grafana / Loki stack for monitoring, logging, and alerting.

Full Stack : A solid understanding of full-stack development principles to effectively support development teams.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux .

Relevant certifications, such as AWS / GCP Certified.

Familiarity with other observability tools like Jaeger or OpenTelemetry.
