Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to establish and oversee our warehouse operations in UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in logistics, stock management, and team leadership, with at least 4-6 years of proven experience in warehouse management in UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage warehouse infrastructure, processes, and systems for efficient operations.
• Oversee all inbound (inward) and outbound (outward) logistics of solar equipment and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock control, and timely reporting.
• Implement safety, security, and compliance standards within the warehouse.
• Optimize space utilization and ensure proper storage of solar equipment.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop SOPs and ensure adherence to company policies and operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and stock discrepancies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of warehouse / logistics management experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of inward / outward logistics and inventory management.
• Experience handling large stock volumes (preferably in industrial or distribution sectors).
• Ability to set up a warehouse from scratch and implement effective processes.
• Leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.

Salary range - upto 9K AED

Preferred Background

• Experience in solar, electrical, or related industries is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE import / export regulations and logistics procedures.
