Job summary
A leading restaurant management firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to oversee daily operations and lead the team. Responsibilities include ensuring food quality and hygiene, managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and analyzing sales performance. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in restaurant management and strong knowledge of food safety standards.
Qualifications

- Presentable and professional appearance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and motivate staff, ensuring discipline, teamwork, and high morale.
- Oversee food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness according to HACCP standards.
- Monitor inventory, handle purchasing requests, and control costs.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

- Strong knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene, and Quality Control.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience in oriental or grill restaurants is a plus.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
