- You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet to ensure our guests receive the best experience.
- Warmly greet guests, present the menu, and upsell menu items through your passion and knowledge to ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Set up and prepare the outlet for service and assist with packing down after service, ensuring equipment is polished and ready for service; deliver beverages and food to tables promptly and maintain perfect table settings.
- Maintain immaculate outlet conditions and ensure service standards are adhered to.

- Support revenue targets while controlling costs within pre-set budgets (including beverage cost and other expenses).
- Participate in daily pre-service briefings to stay informed of hotel happenings and upcoming service.
- Collaborate with other departments to uphold presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance of the outlet at all times.

- Strong communication skills with a customer service ethic.
- Detail-oriented, hands-on team player with interpersonal skills; ability to mentor and recognize success within the team.
- English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German) are highly desirable.
- A relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma with experience in luxury hotels/restaurants in the Middle East.
