- Lead the front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and support teams to ensure consistent quality and timely service.
- Monitor inventory, handle supplier coordination, and manage ordering.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve sales targets and control costs.
- Train and mentor new and existing staff to uphold service standards.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and meet KPIs.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations software is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive, customer-centric mindset with an eye for detail.
