Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menus
• Prepare beverages including coffee, tea, juices, etc. following established standards
• Take orders from customers accurately and serve them promptly as per their requests
• Ensure that all orders are served correctly according to established standards
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about menu items
• Create an enjoyable dining experience for customers through friendly interaction
• Maintain kitchen and dining areas clean at all times
• Follow food safety regulations when handling food items

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to take initiative and solve problems quickly
• Ability to lift up to 25 kgs
• Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques

Working Conditions
