Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Taking orders from customers and following the WISE program.
- Maintaining the counter’s hygiene, merchandising, and assets as outlined in the Staff book.
- Conducting deep cleaning and ensuring equipment hygiene as specified in the Staff book.
- Ensuring timely delivery by organizing the warehouse and selling area.
- Replenishing and merchandising the counter’s display (buckets & containers) before opening and throughout the day, as per the Daily Control Form.
- Possessing knowledge of the products and planogram as detailed in the Staff book.
- Applying FEFO principles to the products.
- Timely reporting and performing duties as instructed by your Manager/Supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Higher secondary education or above
- Experience: 1-2 years proven experience in merchandising, stock management, and customer service
- Team player with excellent communication skills in English
