Summary: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Electrician Technician / Skilled Electrician to join our leading client in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient and code‑compliant installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems across commercial and residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in electrical wiring, circuit testing, fault diagnosis and compliance with local and international electrical standards.

• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems including wiring, conduits, switches, outlets and lighting fixtures in accordance with local codes and project specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical circuits and equipment using multimeters, insulation testers and other diagnostic tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective actions promptly to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics and technical drawings to guide installation and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations on‑site including proper use of PPE and safe handling of electrical components.
• Collaborate with project supervisors, engineers and other tradespeople to coordinate electrical work with other construction activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and maintenance logs for compliance and audit purposes.
• Assist in the commissioning and handover of completed electrical systems to clients or project managers.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes.

• Minimum of 13 years of hands‑on experience as an Electrician Technician or Skilled Electrician in construction or industrial environments.
• Valid trade license or certification in electrical installation and maintenance (e.g., UAE Electrical License or equivalent).
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, testing equipment (multimeters, continuity testers) and conduit bending tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards including IEC, NEC and UAE‑specific regulations.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights, in confined spaces and in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as required by project demands.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) is preferred; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Willingness to accept the full employment package: AED 2000 monthly salary, accommodation, visa sponsorship and medical insurance.
