Digital Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online presence and engagement of our brand's digital community across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic
- Monitor and respond to online conversations and comments from the community
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
- Collaborate with marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that resonate with the community
- Analyze social media data and provide insights to improve community engagement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital community management
- Plan, organize, and moderate online events to engage the community
- Build relationships with influencers and other brands within the community to increase reach
- Provide excellent customer service through prompt and helpful responses to inquiries or concerns from the community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in digital community management or social media management
- Proficient in using social media management tools
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
