PipeCare Group has been helping customers ensure the integrity of their pipeline and facility assets for over 20 years. We are seeking an experienced TM Rep responsible for managing all aspects of the territory tool fleet and coordinating with Corporate TM for additional tools as needed.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
- Arrange for tools, spares, and accessories to be delivered to site timely, properly configured, and assembled. Collaborate with the Project Manager to assess information gaps in the PQ and reach consensus on progress. Coordinate tool return dates and shipments.
- Manage all aspects of the territory workshop, including housekeeping and record keeping.
- Oversee and report on the inventory of tools, spares, and accessories: avoid shortages, ensure proper storage and labeling, coordinate cleaning, report usage and inspection success rates, and suggest improvements. Charge for damages caused by mishandling.
- Arrange proper shipping of tools, spares, and accessories between sites, suppliers, and corporate offices.
- Forecast, budget, and purchase or return tools and accessories for the upcoming year, considering manpower and workshop needs.
- Record unused spares and update inventory accordingly.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a tool and production role, preferably in Oil & Gas.
- Advanced GMP training and implementation skills.
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility with work hours and timings.
- Proficient in technical documentation.
- Background in electronics or mechanical engineering preferred.
- Experience with ERP, Microsoft Office, Sledworks, AutoCAD is advantageous.
Note: Candidate must be willing to relocate to KSA.

- Capability to wear safety equipment as required.
