Job summary

A well-established retail and hospitality group in the UAE is seeking a Partnership Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing relationships and driving revenue through various partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, alongside a willingness to travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English are required, with knowledge of Arabic being a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Account Management, Client Services, Partnerships, or Business Development.
• Some exposure to revenue delivery or sales support, ideally in retail, loyalty, or payments.
• Willingness to travel within the region when required.
• Excellent verbal and written English (Arabic is a plus).

• Support Partnerships Managers in retaining and growing relationships with partners.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams for tactical campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key partnership performance metrics.
