A luxury retail company is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations in a high-end jewellery store. Qualifications

- Ensure smooth store operations including stock management and visual merchandising.
- Drive sales by delivering exceptional shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.

- Team Leadership: Manage train and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and VIP customers.
- Brand Representation: Uphold and promote the brands image ensuring the store meets luxury standards in terms of aesthetics and customer interactions.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Ensure accurate inventory levels prevent stock loss and coordinate with suppliers.
- Financial & Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data prepare reports and strategize to improve store performance.
- Marketing & Events: Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store events promotions and brand activations.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of store management experience in a high-end luxury brand.
- Budget: AED 35000 depending on experience
