A leading recruitment firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced individual to manage customer service operations. Responsibilities include leading the team, handling inquiries, and ensuring high standards of service. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

- 5+ years of customer service or operations experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience is necessary.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or analytics tools preferred.
