We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in consultative sales, business development, and strategic partnerships within industries such as strategy consulting, transformation consulting, or technology consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and navigating complex B2B sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales approach to identify, engage, and close high-value business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (venture building, strategy, and operations) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Drive revenue growth, ensuring a strong and sustainable sales pipeline aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, gather client feedback, and refine the go-to-market strategy accordingly.
- Represent Stryber at industry events and conferences, positioning the company as a leader in the growth advisory and execution (e.g. venture-building) space.
About you:
- 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within relevant industries (e.g., strategy consulting, transformation consulting, or technology consulting)
- Proven track record of selling complex, high-value B2B services or solutions to C-level executives
- Strong ability to navigate and close long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capturing new business opportunities
- Willingness to travel
