We are partnering with a well-established engineering and construction firm delivering complex infrastructure and energy projects across Dubai and the wider GCC area. Known for technical excellence and a commitment to safety and sustainability, this company plays a key role in their clients' vital energy and industrial infrastructure, principally within the mission-critical environment.

They are seeking a Commercial Lead to oversee commercial strategy, contract management, and project financial performance across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead commercial management and contract negotiations
2. Monitor project financials, forecasts, and risk assessments
3. Work closely with project teams to optimise commercial outcomes
4. Manage client and subcontractor relationships
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Proven experience in commercial leadership within engineering or construction, especially within MEP
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial procedures, and risk management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and mentor commercial teams
